Cincinnati-born Pizzeria Expands to Third Location in Lebanon, Ohio

Cincinnati Business Courier

A Cincinnati-born pizzeria, which started life as a food truck before opening its first location inside of MadTree Brewing, is opening a third outpost in a Queen City suburb.

Catch-a-Fire Pizza plans to open a third location – its second freestanding brick-and-mortar restaurant – in downtown Lebanon at 511 N. Broadway St. as early as Fall 2022.

"We have deep roots in Lebanon. My family is from Lebanon, and many of my relatives still live there, so we feel very connected," owner Jeff Ledford said in a news release.

Jeff and his wife, Melissa Ledford, started Catch-a-Fire as a food truck in 2013 before opening a cafe inside of Oakley's MadTree Brewing in 2015. The pizzeria is opening its second location – its first freestanding store outside of a brewery – at 9290 Kenwood Road in downtown Blue Ash this spring.

Like its other locations, the Lebanon Catch-a-Fire will feature pizzas cooked over a wood fire with Neapolitan-style dough that's hand-made daily. The menu will also include appetizers, salads, wood-fired entrees and desserts. The restaurant is known for catering to a variety of tastes, including vegans and vegetarians.
