GLUTEN-FREE INFO

WE CANNOT GUARANTEE A "GLUTEN-FREE" product due to potential cross contamination.

Our standard gluten-free protocol is as follows: 

• Gloves are changed when preparing all gluten free options.

• Gluten-free crusts are kept wrapped & frozen til used.

• Gluten-free crusts are put onto a separate tray while making the pizza.

• Toppings are housed at make station where all pizzas are prepared.

• The pizza then goes into a convection oven separate from our main pizza ovens.

• The dedicated gluten-free peel and cutter also remain in the back by the convection ovens where the pizza is then cut and put on a tray or box.

We do our very best to keep these pizzas gluten-free, but CANNOT GUARANTEE a 100% gluten-free experience. We share the National Celiac Association’s assessment that there will always be a high potential for cross-contact in a kitchen using gluten containing flour for regular pizzas and DO NOT recommend these pizzas for people at serious risk but rather people choosing to avoid gluten for non-life threatening reasons.

Our gluten-free crust is certified gluten-Free by NSF and is sourced from Venice Bakery

Ingredients: water, rice flour, potato starch, sugar, tapioca starch, canola/olive blend, yeast, cultured brown rice, salt, xanthan gum. (may contain milk, egg and soy)

GLUTEN-FREE CAULIFLOWER PIZZA CRUST (10” SIZE ONLY)

Our gluten-free cauliflower crust is sourced from Venice Bakery, very low in sugar & carbohydrates and high in protein.

Ingredients: Cauliflower, low moisture mozzarella cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzyme), tapioca starch, rice flour, rice starch, egg whites, modified rice starch. Contains less than 2% of the following: cane sugar, yeast, salt, garlic powder, spices, xanthan gum, cultured brown rice, brown rice flour, citric acid, lactic acid.

*Chicken is brined in beer which may contain trace amounts of gluten.
