DANCING CROW VINEYARDS
Wine of the Month at our Lebanon Bottle Shop is Dancing Crow Vineyards Sauvignon Blanc. The palate is juicy with ripe orange, volcanic minerality and fresh, sweet grapefruit. The grapes sit at 1400 ft. elevation near the base of Mount Konocti on the western shore of Clear Lake in Northern California. The soil is volcanic, within a hot microclimate that is also cooled by coastal breezes pulled in over the Mayacamas mountain range. This special environment creates a unique and exciting Sauvignon Blanc.
